How’s everyone’s weekend so far?
I’m sharing a book today that I keep going back to since I read it last year.
Now let me just say this. I’m not a Vegan and I am not a Vegetarian either. However, I do recognise the health benefits of cutting down on meat and animal products. In fact I do believe that being a vegetarian would be considerably easy for me as my meat intake is very low and I do enjoy the vegetarian meat that is available in the supermarkets.
What I absolutely love about this book is that it’s filled with facts. I love a good fact as I love to learn.
For those of us who love a very mindful and conscious life it is a brilliant little book to begin to dip your toes into Veganism. Just one small change can make the biggest of differences.
I have already switched to oat milk instead of cows milk. Yes it’s a small change but it’s also a positive one.
