Today’s book is one that I have been reading on and off for a while. Finally I finished it and am so pleased that I read it.
Having always been a fan of Kate Hudson’s films it was only natural for me to want to read her book. I was not disappointed.
It covered all of the things that I have been striving to incorporate into my life. Mindful living, Ayurveda and general mind/ body health and wellbeing.
With great explanations and lovely ideas to help you come in tune with your mind and body it is a winner. I even got it for a family member for Christmas!
