I have recently discovered overnight oats (I know I am a little late to the game!)
But I have got to say they are incredible. I have been looking for a healthy yet very easy breakfast to whip up in the mornings for so long and I am super grateful now that I have found them.
What’s I love even more is that with a different topping each morning they don’t get boring.
Here are three ways you can create overnight oats.
Oats and Oat Milk (or your desired milk)
– Mix in a bowl and pop in the fridge the night before.
– Also put any toppings that require defrosting in fridge too.
Remove oats from fridge and add topping.
Here’s three toppings I am loving!
Apple & Cinnamon (you could also add a drizzle of honey)
Red Berries and Honey (I buy a frozen berry mix for ease)
Banana, Cinnamon and Honey (I am a pitta dosha so I can only eat bananas little and often and only very ripe. So I ensure I only that this twice during the week)
