Good Morning Lovelies,
It’s been getting warmer then colder outside and colds and flu seem to be on a rampage.
Having heard and read about Golden Milk I thought it was about time that I gave it a go. With its immunity building and anti-inflammatory properties it sounded like a good drink to be having at this time of the year.
Adding freshly ground grated ginger and ground turmeric to a pan. (I couldn’t find fresh turmeric)
Followed by a spoonful of coconut oil and a squeeze of honey.
Mix and warm for 5-6 minutes and enjoy!
It’s completely different to what I expected but definitely not in a bad way. I could quite easily drink this especially for the great health benefits that it has.
Has anyone else tried it?
