Healthy Vegan Cookies

Today I wanted to share a great 3 ingredient Vegan cookie recipe!

What you need:

2 x Bananas

Porridge Oats

Chocolate Chips (vegan or normal)

-Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees centigrade.

Mash the bananas and add porridge oats and chocolate chips. As you mix add more oats as required. (You want a consistency that doesn’t stick to the bowl as you mix but that isn’t too dry) when it stops sticking you probably have enough oats. It’s hard to be exact as the bananas could vary in size.

Spoon the mixture into a greased tray or use grease proof paper.

Pop them into a pre-heated oven. Cool until golden.

Allow them to cool and then enjoy!
