Today I am sharing a great mindfulness book. With the year in full swing it’s vital that we take the time to stop and breathe. We head into the year raring to go but often we forget that this is also a great time to slow down and take self care measures to get us through the year ahead.
This is a great book for those of you who are new to mindfulness.
