Mindful Mornings

Good Morning Everyone,

I want to ask you a question, that question is…

How Mindful is your morning routine?

I know how busy mornings can be. It’s hard and I’m not going to tell you to take it more slowly everyday because that’s not always going to be possible.

With a toddler following me around Mindful my mornings are not. However, I always try and meditate for ten minutes every morning. It sets me up for the day ahead.

So here is my suggestion to you.

Spending just a few minutes even two or three mindfully taking in a beautiful photograph. Here are a couple to get you started.
